Apricot juice with pulp - a recipe for delicious homemade apricot juice for the winter.
To prepare apricot juice with pulp, you will need ripe fruits. Overripe ones are also suitable, but without mold, rotten areas or other signs of product deterioration.
Apricot juice prepared at home can be given to children without fear, because it does not contain dyes, preservatives or other dangerous compounds. Once you try to make juice prepared according to this simple homemade recipe, you will not exchange it for any other.
Preparing juice requires you to have the following ingredients:
- apricots, 5 kg. or 4 liters of pureed apricot mass;
- water, 1.5 l.
- sugar, 500 gr.
How to cook:
We remove the seeds from the fruits, cut them into pieces, remove spoiled areas if there are any, put them in an enamel bowl and put them on the fire. To prevent the mixture from burning, add a small amount of water.
After boiling, wait 5 minutes and turn off.
When the mixture has cooled a little, rub it through a sieve.
Separately prepare sugar syrup.
Mix sugar and apricot puree, boil for 10 minutes, pour into jars. Sterilize jars with a volume of 500 ml - 15 minutes, 1000 ml. - 20 minutes.
Delicious homemade preparations for the winter are stored in a dark, cool place. If necessary, apricot juice with pulp can be diluted with water before use.
