Preparing canned apricots occurs in the following sequence:

First pour boiling water over the apricots, then cold water. And so we remove the skin. Or skin. Whoever likes it, calls it that way.

Fill 2/3 of the jar with syrup. Adjust the strength of the sugar syrup to your liking.
