We begin the preparation with the most basic method - cut the orange peel into strips or pieces and cook for 10 minutes.

Then, you will have to drain it in a colander and simmer in the syrup for another 10 minutes.

Let the crusts cool and saturate with sugar for 10 hours.

Repeat the cooking 3 times, after the last time, pour the sugared crusts into a colander.

You can use the syrup as you need, and place future candied oranges on a sieve and dry in the oven at 40°C until a sugar crust appears.

Let cool and place the fragrant candied fruits in jars, cover with lids and put in a dry and, preferably, cool place.

To prepare candied fruits you will need for 1 kg of skin: water - 1 glass, sugar - 1.2 kg.
