It is very convenient if the watermelons are small in size. Then they can be cut in circles into small pieces, which can be conveniently placed in a clean, sterilized jar. But large berries (after all, watermelon is a berry) can be cut into convenient cubes, of which quite a lot will fit in a jar.

Please note that the marinade does not need to be poured to the very edge; it is necessary to leave room for the vinegar, which we will add after the heat treatment of the jars.
Cover the preparations with lids and set to pasteurize for 10 minutes from boiling.
After this, remove the jar from the pan, add vinegar and roll it up with a key. Turn it upside down and wrap it in a blanket for a day.
The recipe is easy, storage is simple - in the pantry at room temperature.
