- tomatoes - how many will fit in the jar;
- sweet bell pepper - 1-2 pcs.;
- 8 peas of allspice;
- 1 bay leaf;
- 1 sweet pepper;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- dill umbrella;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of vinegar;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of salt.
How to marinate assorted tomatoes and peppers
The first thing you need to do when starting to make the preparation is to wash the tomatoes and remove the stalks. Choose firm, small red fruits. Pierce each one with a toothpick so that when pouring boiling water, the tomato skin does not crack.
Wash the sweet bell peppers, remove the stems and cut into slices.
Garlic - peel off the skin.
