It will be just great if you can make a preparation of peppers of different colors with the addition of Antonov apples. Therefore, try to take 3 kg of red, green and yellow peppers.

Cut the fruit into quarters, remembering to remove the seeds.

Prepare Antonovka in the same way.

Next, you need to cook a simple marinade: water (4 l), vinegar (300 ml), sugar (800 ml).

We begin to blanch the apples in it first, and then the peppers. Soak the apples in the marinade for 5-7 minutes, and the peppers for 3-4 minutes.

Place the products prepared in this way into liter jars in even layers so that the preparation looks aesthetically pleasing.

Bring the marinade to a boil again and pour it over the apples and peppers.

From 6 kg of vegetables and fruits you can roll up six liter jars of peppers and apples.
