It doesn’t take much time to quickly prepare pickled cucumbers for the winter using this recipe. Allow about 30 minutes to complete the preparation. Even a mother with an infant can devote so much time.

But the result will exceed all your expectations: the cucumbers are not only crispy, but also with a pleasant blackcurrant aroma. These quick pickled cucumbers will become a favorite treat for the whole family.

How to quickly pickle cucumbers for the winter

The preparation of any workpiece begins with the preparatory stage. To ensure that canning cucumbers at home does not take much time, you need to prepare the main ingredients in advance.

First, soak the washed cucumbers in cold water for about 4-5 hours. You can soak it overnight. This is necessary so that in the future the cucumbers, under the influence of high temperature, do not lose their pleasant crunch.

Wash and sterilize cans with a volume of 1 - 1.5 liters.

Prepare all spices and seasonings:

  • horseradish leaves;
  • garlic;
  • parsley and dill;
  • Bay leaf;
  • allspice peas;
  • fresh blackcurrant leaves.

For each jar of everything listed above you need to put 3-4 pieces.

After the cucumbers have soaked in water, it is necessary to peel them from the stalk and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

When the preparatory work is completed, you can proceed directly to the process of preparing the workpiece.

Place all seasonings at the bottom of the jar, except garlic, pepper, bay leaf.

Then, put the washed cucumbers in a jar, fill everything with boiled water and let it cool. Afterwards, drain the water and measure the amount of liquid in liters.

For the marinade, for each liter of water we take:

  • 3 tbsp. spoons of salt;
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
  • 125 g 9% vinegar.

Add salt and sugar to measured water and bring to a boil. Then, carefully pour in the vinegar and add all the other spices to the container.

Pour marinade into filled jars of cucumbers and roll up.
