How to make a spicy sauce for the winter.

Green capsicum

Wash the green capsicum thoroughly and cut into small pieces.

Then, pour in the whey, heat to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook for about an hour.

Having previously sterilized the jars, put the finished sauce into them. We close the jars well and store them in a cool place. Pepper in whey can be stored for no more than 6 months.

After opening the pepper stock in winter, you can add salt, sugar and other spices to the sauce to your taste.
