This original and easy-to-follow recipe allows you to preserve as much as possible all the beneficial properties of the product. In winter, blueberries prepared without sugar can be used as you please.

Sort the berries from leaves, stalks and midges. Rinse and strain. Fill sterilized bottles. Cover with corks. Prepare a tall bowl with water. Place a rag or a wooden grid on the bottom. The water in the pan should cover ¾ of the height of the bottle. Cover the pan with a lid. Boil for no more than 20 minutes. Remove the bottles, seal the caps tightly, tie them with twine and leave to cool. Fill the plugs with paraffin.
In winter, delicious desserts are made from the resulting mass, compotes and jelly are cooked. Store in a dark place at room temperature.
