Making jam is simple. A well-ripened pumpkin needs to be peeled from the hard skin and chopped into small slices, which are then transferred to an enamel pan and filled with sea buckthorn juice, adding sugar.

Our jam recipe requires:

- pumpkins (chopped and peeled) - one kilogram;
