How to make jelly at home.

Pour ripe berries into a saucepan. Add water (1 cup per 1 kg of berries). Put on fire.

At a temperature no higher than 70°C, the berries are quickly and carefully ground through a sieve.

Then add granulated sugar and mix thoroughly. In this jelly recipe, 1 kg of berries requires 300 g of sugar.

Now you need to fill the clean ones banks, cover with lacquered tin lids. Pasteurize at a temperature not exceeding 85°C. For half-liter jars, 15 minutes is enough.

Roll up the jars with lids.
