In this recipe, we do not boil the raspberries - this preserves all the vitamins and beneficial properties of the raspberries as much as possible.

Carefully sort the berries, remove all excess, leaving the peeled fruits.

Then dip the raspberries in a solution of table salt (20g salt/1l water), drain off any floating bugs, if any.

Rinse the berries with clean water and let the water drain in a colander.

Place the raspberries in banks, sprinkle with sugar. The level of the contents in the jar should be 1 cm higher than the neck. Cover with gauze and set aside for 4 hours. During this time, the contents will settle and the raspberries will release juice.

Then cover the jar with a tin lid and let it sterilize for 15 minutes. Roll up the cans.
