Next, the sea buckthorn preparations just need to be filled with syrup made from 1 kg of sugar with 1.3 liters of water. This volume of syrup is enough for 1 kg of sea buckthorn.
Place the jars with the prepared compote for sterilization. A tank of boiling water is suitable for these purposes. Sterilize compote in 0.5 liter jars for 12 minutes, 1 liter jars for 17 minutes.
