How to make apple marmalade at home is easy and simple.

Remove the center from the fruit, cut into slices, sprinkle with sugar. 1 kg of apples requires 200 g of sugar.

Place on a baking sheet and heat in the oven at high temperature.

Reduce the temperature after the apples and sugar begin to boil. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring with a wooden spatula.

Readiness is determined by the structure of the mass - it should stop sticking to the spatula.

It remains to cool. Sprinkle a cooled baking sheet with sugar and transfer the cooked marmalade onto baking paper, for example. Flatten, dry, sprinkle with sugar again.

Having dried the workpiece completely, place it in the remaining cardboard boxes from cookies or sweets. Storage temperature 18-22 degrees C in a room with low air humidity.
