To do this, take bell pepper, wash it well, and remove the seeds. After cleaning, it would be a good idea to wash it again.

Next, put the pepper in boiling water for 3 minutes and immediately after that dip it in cold water.

Now, cut it into slices 0.5-1 centimeters wide.

Carefully place in jars, leaving 1-2 centimeters to the edges.
