The horseradish recipe is easy to prepare. If you know how much to drink, a small amount of tincture stimulates the appetite and gives strength. The tincture is prepared correctly if, after taking it, there is no strong burning sensation in the mouth, but a pleasant sensation remains.

How to cook horseradish with honey.

Wash the horseradish root, dry it, peel off the rough part of the skin and cut it into thin strips.

We put the strips in a jar, add the prepared spices and fill with vodka. Keep the tincture in a dark place for 6-8 days.

After the specified time, continue preparation: filter the tincture, pour it into a bottle, first adding honey and lemon juice. Thanks to lemon juice, the tincture will be softer. We insist for two more days.

For ½ liter of vodka, take 2-3 pcs. horseradish roots, 1 pc. black and allspice, 1 pc. cloves, half a bag of vanilla or 1 pc. small vanilla stick, 1 table. lie lemon juice, 1 teaspoon. lie honey

Homemade horseradish is stored in a cool, dark place for 6-8 months.

The tincture is drunk from small glasses, pre-chilled. The best snack is jellied meat. Also, horseradish is an excellent addition to cocktails. Try making the famous Bloody Mary cocktail with this infusion.
