I've come across different names, but my recipe is called caviar. The components of this unusual workpiece are simple, and the result will definitely pleasantly surprise all your friends.

How to make pumpkin caviar with apples.

You will need half a kilo of apples (sour), 100 g more pumpkin (already peeled), 175 g sugar, 200 g onions, coriander - 1 teaspoon, very little cinnamon and ginger, 1 lemon. You need to cut the zest from it into thin strips.

We cut the pumpkin, choosing a medium piece size.

We peel the apples.

Pumpkin with apples is cut into medium-sized pieces.

Sauté the onion, add spices, zest, pumpkin and apples. Sweeten and salt to taste.

Keep on low heat for 20 minutes. Let's get in the way, don't be lazy. All that's left of the apples is puree, and the pumpkin still retains its outline.

The preparation of caviar is now complete. We take out the zest, and put the rest into jars and roll it up.
