Let's start preparing marshmallows by taking very ripe plums and carefully removing the seeds from them.
Weigh the peeled fruits and weigh out 100 g of sugar for each kilogram of them.
Place the slices in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and add water - 50 ml per 1 kg of plums.
Cook the plums until they are completely softened. If the halves are not boiled too much, then it is advisable to mash them with a large wooden spoon.
Place the prepared boiled plum mass in a thinner layer on food foil, greased with any odorless vegetable oil. Place the baking tray with the puree in the sun so that the mass dries until elastic and begins to separate from the foil.
Now is the time to sprinkle the plum marshmallow with coarse sugar or crushed nuts, and then roll it into a roll.
Preparing this plum roll will only take a few days, but it can be stored for several years. Storing such plum preparations is quite simple.
