Homemade nutria stew - how to make stew for the winter tasty and simple. cooking stew.
I suggest preparing nutria stew with the addition of pork fat for the winter according to my simple homemade recipe. Stew prepared in this way turns out juicy, the meat is soft, as they say, “you can eat it with your lips.”
Ingredients for homemade preparation:
- nutria meat (fresh) – 400 grams;
- pork lard (either pork or beef fat) – 50 grams;
- onion – 10 grams;
- table salt – 5 grams.
We start preparing the stew by taking the nutria meat and cutting it into pieces of approximately the same size.
To it we add lard, chopped into small cubes (as for rendering lard) (subcutaneous lard of a pig, cut from the backbone or barrel).
Then, mix the nutria meat and lard, add salt to our preparation and stir again.
Fry onions (peeled and chopped) in fat in a frying pan.
Next, we add the nutria meat and bacon to the frying pan with the lightly fried onion until done.
Then, while still hot, transfer our stew into sterilized jars. We also pour the meat sauce that was obtained during the cooking process into jars with preparations.
Now you just need to sterilize the cans of stew (0.5 l - 1.5 hours) and seal them hermetically.
From stewed nutria meat, prepared according to my simple recipe, you can prepare both first courses and serve such delicious pieces of meat as a side dish.
