Homemade pork stew - a recipe for making stew or delicious pork goulash for the winter.
Goulash is a universal food. It can be served as both the first and second course. This goulash recipe is easy to prepare. By closing it for future use, you will have homemade stew. You will have a ready-made dish in stock that can be opened and quickly prepared in case of guests or when you are limited in time.

For 1 kg of finished canned food you will need: 0.5 kg of fairly fatty meat, 20 g of pork fat, 1 onion, 0.5 kg of cabbage.
For dressing you need 20 g of fat, 20 g of flour.
How to make homemade pulled pork.
Wash the meat several times, dry it, cut it into pieces, fry it in fat, add onion, salt, cumin, sweet pepper and simmer.
Then, add chopped cabbage, broth and simmer further.
Or you can do it differently: simmer the cabbage separately and add it to the meat at the end.
At the end of the stew, add the dressing (flour fried in pork fat, diluted with broth), let the goulash simmer a little more and turn off the heat.
Further preparation of the stew proceeds as follows: place the hot goulash in 1 liter jars. The meat should be covered with liquid, and the fat, congealing on top, should prevent the meat from spoiling.
We screw the jars with metal lids and sterilize the preparations for at least an hour and a half.
The workpiece can be stored well in a cool place for more than a year.
