Cut the meat pulp, preferably with layers of fat, into fairly large pieces. Season them with salt and sprinkle with cumin crushed in a mortar.

Spread the meat in one layer on a baking sheet and add a little hot water - it will prevent the pieces from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Place the sheet with pork in a well-heated oven and fry the roast until an elastic crust appears on it. When frying, baste the meat with the released juice mixed with added water.

Remove the pork, fried until half cooked, from the oven and cut large pieces into smaller portions.

Place the meat pieces in hot jars and fill them with the same hot sauce that formed on the sheet during baking.

Roll up the lids on the cans of stew and be sure to sterilize them: liter jars – one and a half hours, half liter jars – one hour.

When serving, heat the pork pieces in the oven, microwave, or simply pour them into a frying pan or pan. Stewed pork is delicious in any form, but unsurpassed with mashed potatoes or crumbly wheat porridge. This canned meat is especially valued among students and tourists.
