All we need for preparation is 5-6 green tomatoes, two large carrots and two onions, parsley and celery, 5-6 garlic cloves and 60 g of vegetable oil.

Cut the tomatoes into slices, onions and carrots into rings and place in a pan with already heated sunflower oil.

Fry slightly over high heat and leave to simmer for 30-40 minutes. During this time, the tomatoes should become soft.

Now it's time to crush the garlic and add it to the green tomatoes, onions and carrots.

After this, homemade preparations can be laid out in containers for sterilization. 0.5 liter containers are best suited. The optimal sterilization time is a quarter of an hour.
