figs - 4 pcs.;
sugar - 500 gr;
water - 2 l;
citric acid - 2 tsp.

Making such a preparation is simple. First, take fresh figs and cut them into 4 parts. If the peel is thin and soft, it does not need to be peeled.
The melon for the recipe must be firm, ripe, but not overripe. Otherwise, when poured with syrup, it will soften and turn into porridge. And so, we peel the melon, remove the seeds and cut it into large pieces as in the photo.
