Thick tomato sauce made from tomatoes and apples for the winter
Few people appreciate very spicy dishes, but for real lovers, this simple winter recipe will be very useful. It is common to think that spicy food is harmful, but if it is not prohibited for medical reasons, then hot pepper, for example, as part of a dish helps burn calories and normalizes blood circulation in the body; spicy seasonings of natural origin can promote the production of endorphins just as well as chocolate.

How to make hot sauce for the winter at home
Let's begin. Any recipe begins with the words: “Wash and sterilize jars".My recipe is no exception and the container for preparation must be prepared in advance.
Washed tomatoes can be passed through a meat grinder, or they can be cut into very small cubes. Do what is most convenient for you.
Peel carrots, onions, horseradish and garlic.
Remove the core from ranetki apples (you can use another variety).
Remove the seeds from the hot pepper.
Grind all prepared products in a meat grinder.
Place all the ingredients in a suitable pan, add adjika, salt, sugar, butter. Stir until smooth and cook for 2 hours. Don't forget to stir frequently to prevent the mixture from burning.
Place hot hot sauce into jars, close with tin lids and turn over.
After half an hour, you can return them to their normal position, cover them with a terry towel and wait until they cool down. It should be stored like any other preserved food.
The thick, spicy tomato sauce made from tomatoes and apples from the stated products is very hot and if spicy is contraindicated for you for medical reasons, then be careful. 🙂
