Let's get to the point, how to make caviar from green tomatoes.

You need to take 600g of green tomatoes, 200g of fresh carrots and 50g of onions.

Cut the vegetables into large pieces and bake in the oven. Be sure to add a couple of tablespoons of sunflower or corn oil to prevent burning.

Grind soft tomatoes and other vegetables in a meat grinder or “beat” in a blender.

Place the vegetable mass in a saucepan and add 15 salt, 10 g sugar, 100 g quality tomato sauce and chopped parsley to taste.

Cook the caviar until the vegetables, tomatoes and spices turn into a homogeneous mass.

Place the finished beautiful and fragrant caviar into jars (preferably half-liter) and sterilize for 60 minutes.

Roll up and turn upside down so that when the cans cool, the lids remain hot for a long time.
