Zucchini marinated in beet and apple juice is not an ordinary marinade recipe, but a tasty and original winter preparation made from zucchini.
You can cook zucchini marinated in the juice of beets and apples, if your household doesn’t mind enjoying zucchini rolls in the winter, and all the recipes that you used before are already a little boring. Try making this unusual preparation, the highlight of which will be a marinade of red beet juice and apple juice. You won't be disappointed. Besides, preparing these pickled zucchini couldn’t be easier.
Marination begins with the selection of raw materials. For our recipe, we only need young zucchini - without seeds.
We remove the zucchini from their clothes (clean the skin) and chop them into circles (not thick) or cut them into cubes and immediately place them in prepared jars.
To fill the marinade you need to prepare:
- beet juice (required red beets) - 1 glass (200g),
- apple juice (preferably from sour fruits) - 1 glass,
- add lean (preferably refined) oil - 1 cup,
- one of the acids (ascorbic acid - 2 g. or citric acid - 3 g.),
- dill seeds, ground into powder - 1 spoon. table.
Pour boiling pour over our zucchini and very quickly seal the jars hermetically. It is better to wrap the twists until they cool.
Marinated zucchini prepared according to this original homemade recipe turns out to be a very beautiful beetroot color, and apple juice gives them a unique aroma and a pleasant aftertaste. This zucchini preparation will surely surprise the guests who come to you.
