Probably every housewife prepares zucchini for the winter. Preparation - spicy zucchini tongue will please the whole family. Zucchini canned according to this recipe will perfectly complement the taste of the second course and can be served as an independent snack; they will not be out of place on the festive table.

To preserve zucchini according to this recipe we will need:

zucchini – 2 kg,

tomatoes – 1 kg,

bell pepper – 4 pcs.,

garlic – 2 heads,

hot pepper – 1 medium sized pod,

sunflower oil – 1 cup,

sugar – 1 glass,

vinegar – 2 teaspoon,

salt – 2 tablespoons.

How to cook zucchini for the winter according to the recipe “Preparing - a sharp tongue from zucchini”:

1. To prepare this recipe, we will need young zucchini with soft seeds. Wash the zucchini and let it dry.

2. Cut them into thin, 1-1.5 cm, “tongue” strips.

3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into four parts.

4. Wash the hot and sweet bell peppers, cut them into four parts, and remove seeds and stems.

5. Peel the garlic cloves.

6. Grind all vegetables except zucchini with a blender, or food processor, or in a meat grinder.

7. Fill a pan of suitable volume with the resulting vegetable mass.

8.Add sunflower oil (preferably unrefined), salt, sugar and vinegar, mix and bring to a boil.

9. Let it simmer for 15 minutes and then place the zucchini strips in the pan.

10. Let it boil quickly and cook over low heat for 40 minutes.

11. Place the zucchini prepared for the winter into sterilized jars.

12. Cover with sterilized lids and roll up.

13. Turn it upside down until it cools completely.
