The main nuances of proper storage of herring

In a refrigerator

Without brine

This method of storing herring is widespread among housewives. Usually this fish is sent to the freezer fresh, but salted is also allowed. If you still can’t eat it right away, then a strong saline solution will help extend the shelf life a little.
Vacuum packed
