Proven methods of experienced housewives will help you keep your buns fresh and appetizing for as long as possible. The first rule sounds a little paradoxical, but it should be trusted because many have independently verified its veracity. Buns baked with any type of dough will stay fresh longer if they are cut or broken. The whole product will become stale faster.

After baking, the buns should cool on their own (without fancy acceleration). To do this, you just need to cover the baked goods with a clean towel and wait until it stops being hot.

When exposed to oxygen, buns lose their freshness faster. Therefore, baked goods that have cooled completely must be wrapped in cling film, foil or placed in a plastic bag. Usually this product stands on the kitchen table.

But if there are assumptions that you won’t be able to eat the buns in a maximum of 2 days, then you can put them in the refrigerator and extend their usefulness for another day or two. Some housewives freeze baked goods, but, probably, there is nothing tastier than a fresh, almost hot bun. Therefore, it is better not to resort to such extreme moments.A stale bun can be revived in the microwave by covering it with a napkin and heating it for a few minutes.
