The most common method is when pruned bushes are treated for parasites. All branches are freed from foliage, rhizomes without soil (without a large lump of it) are saturated with moisture by dipping them in a container of water, and then the plant is dried. After this, the geranium roots should be hidden under a newspaper or paper cover. It is worth remembering that the site of each cut must be disinfected with a special agent.

You can also dig up the geranium with a lump of soil. This way they will be able to avoid drying out. Such planting material should be folded vertically into closed cardboard boxes and ventilated from time to time.
