How to properly store cutlets
Cutlets are a dish that is often found in almost every kitchen. They cannot be stored for too long. Therefore, it is necessary to create the right conditions for their conservation.
In order to do everything correctly, you should carefully listen to the recommendations of experts in the healthy nutrition industry.
Homemade cutlets, freshly formed and already cooked, need to be stored in slightly different conditions.
Homemade cutlets can be stored in a refrigeration device for no longer than 6-8 hours. Before storing them, they should be wrapped in cling film to preserve their juiciness. Semi-finished products easily absorb neighboring odors, so it is advisable to clear the shelf of other products.
Ready-made cutlets at a temperature of +5 °C will be suitable for consumption for 2 days. The cutlets should be stored in a polyethylene bag, a plastic tray with a tight lid, or in a deep enamel bowl covered with film.
Both fried and semi-finished cutlets can be frozen and stored in the freezer for 3 months in an airtight container.
Do not forget that meat poisoning is very dangerous, so it is advisable not to store the cutlets, but to eat them fresh.
