How to properly store lollipops after purchase
People very rarely face the issue of storing candy, but it happens that you still have to save them for a special occasion or there are so many of them that it will not be possible to eat them in a short time.
Therefore, knowing the best way to store candy at home will not be superfluous for anyone. The rules are very simple.
How to choose and store lollipops at home
To begin with, the most important thing is not to make a mistake in the quality of a sweet product: do not buy an already expired product. Usually, unscrupulous sellers hide spoiled candies by offering them in bulk. The consumer always has the right to request information about the composition and date of manufacture of lollipops. You can also end up with low-quality sweets during discounts and promotions. A price that is too low for a recently expensive product should raise red flags. The product is most likely already expired or is approaching its expiration date.
It is wrong to store lollipops in the refrigerator. In such a place their taste will deteriorate. The optimal temperature conditions for storing candy are considered to be in the range from +15 °C to +18 °C.
The candies should not be exposed to sunlight. To save candies, you need to choose a place where the air humidity is low. Lollipops do not like neighbors with a strong aroma, so they should be placed in a hermetically sealed container, especially if the products are without wrapper. It is advisable to consume this confectionery product within 6 months.
