The first option is a traditional combination of salt, sugar and vinegar. That’s why I call it that – a traditional marinade. In this case, 25 g of sugar, 50 g of salt and 80-100 g of 9 percent vinegar are added to 1 liter of water.
A delicious marinade for cucumbers, where the sweet and sour taste predominates - this is the second filling option. For this case, 300 g of sugar, 30 g of salt, 150 g of 9 percent vinegar are added to 1 liter of water.
