Puree from it can be given even to children from 8 months old, and used by people on a diet.

Before preparing carrot puree, you should wash it thoroughly and remove the skin. Next, you can prepare carrot puree in one of the following ways:

Boil in water

Cut the carrots into medium pieces and place in boiling water so that the vegetable pieces are completely covered with water.

Carrot puree

Add salt to taste. Cook over low heat until soft. After this, place on a plate and cool slightly. Grind with a blender, fork or rub through a sieve. You can dilute the resulting puree to the desired consistency with the water in which the carrots were boiled. Add sour cream or butter.

Cook in microwave

Place the root vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a lid. Turn on the oven at maximum power for 5-6 minutes. Take out the dishes and chop the carrots into a homogeneous mass so that there are no grains or fibers.

Place the vegetable, cut into medium pieces, into the multicooker bowl and add water. Turn on the “quenching” mode in the menu for 30 minutes. Transfer to another deep bowl and beat with a blender. If necessary, add a little carrot broth.

How to prepare carrot puree for future use

Pack the puree prepared using one of the above methods into clean glass jars and sterilize for 20 minutes in boiling water. The finished product can be stored at room temperature for no more than one year.
