For such an original homemade sauce, you will need unripe cherry plum, when it just turns yellow-green.
Pour water over the plums and boil for about 5 minutes until they soften.
Using a sieve, grind the soft cherry plum. Put the puree on the fire, boil and cook until the volume of the cherry plum decreases by 2 times.
Add a little salt and garlic (you can chop it finely or use a special press).
Bring the mixture to a boil and place in small sterilized jars.
All that remains is to screw the workpiece tightly.
For 1 kg of cherry plum puree you need 250 grams of garlic, salt to taste.
