This is an original homemade cherry plum preparation for the winter - for lovers of spicy sauces. An interesting combination of plums and garlic can be a highlight among your usual homemade recipes.

For such an original homemade sauce, you will need unripe cherry plum, when it just turns yellow-green.

Pour water over the plums and boil for about 5 minutes until they soften.

Using a sieve, grind the soft cherry plum. Put the puree on the fire, boil and cook until the volume of the cherry plum decreases by 2 times.

Add a little salt and garlic (you can chop it finely or use a special press).

Bring the mixture to a boil and place in small sterilized jars.

All that remains is to screw the workpiece tightly.

For 1 kg of cherry plum puree you need 250 grams of garlic, salt to taste.

Cherry plum sauce will last longer if you use a cool, dark place for storage. This original spicy sauce is certainly not “Tkemali”, but it will perfectly complement your everyday or holiday menu.
