Try making fragrant, thick and delicious strawberry jam using my detailed and simple recipe in just thirty minutes. I hope the step-by-step photos will help you.
Ingredients:
- strawberries – 3 kg;

How to make strawberry jam
Wash the ripe berries and remove their sepals.
Peeled strawberries need to be either put into a meat grinder with a fine grid, or crushed using a blender.
Pour the crushed mass into a stainless saucepan with a thin bottom and add pectin mass from the bag.
Mix the contents of the pan thoroughly and put it on the fire.
With continuous stirring over medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil and then add sugar to it.
We wait until the sugar crystals dissolve, reduce the heat to low and simmer the strawberry jam for ten minutes.
Then, be sure to remove the foam from the workpiece with a slotted spoon.
Pour into jars scalded with boiling water and seal with sterilized lids.
The jars of jam need to be turned over onto the lids and allowed to stand in this form for three hours.
Look what a beautiful red-pink color the strawberry jam turns out!
And all because it was not boiled for a long time. When cooked this way, homemade strawberry jam turns out not only beautiful, but also tasty, and so thick that it is ideal for spreading it on toast.
