I offer a very interesting and simple homemade recipe for the winter - how to prepare a stew from beef meat in the form of beef stroganoff, with the addition of spices, flour and stewed onions. Canned meat prepared according to this recipe has a piquant spicy taste, and stewed onion gives it juiciness and a slight sweet aftertaste.
How to make homemade beef stew.
To prepare beef stroganoff (beef stroganoff) for the winter, you need to trim (cut) a piece of fresh tenderloin with a well-sharpened knife into thin strips, the thickness of which should not be more than 1 centimeter.
Then, our chopped meat needs to be thoroughly beaten with a kitchen hammer (do not overdo it), then salted, sprinkled with herbs (the herbs can be any - it all depends on your taste) and rolled in fine flour.
Next, the beef stroganoff needs to be thoroughly fried in a frying pan set over high heat. At the end of frying, add stewed onions to our homemade preparation (the amount of onions is arbitrary).
When the meat is cooked, it must be transferred hot into a previously prepared glass container. We also put the sauce released when stewing the meat into jars.
All that remains to be done with the workpiece is to sterilize the jars. We sterilize liter containers for at least 1 hour 45 minutes.
