How to cook compote from fresh rose hips.

We take fresh large rose hips and, of course, wash them.

Then, we remove what’s inside: neither seeds nor hairs are needed.

Boil the syrup. Per liter of water - 400-500 grams of sugar. Place the peeled rose hips into the boiling syrup. Cook for 5 minutes and set aside. Everything else will be tomorrow.
