The main component of these medicines is horseradish juice. It's easy to get. Surely everyone has tried horseradish in a jar seasoning at least once in their life and has an idea of ​​how to prepare it. The technology here is similar.

Fresh horseradish fruits need to be washed and peeled from the yellow skin.

Now you need to chop the horseradish. The most persistent ones grate it on a fine grater, but if there is a lot of horseradish and the roots are thin, you can twist it through a meat grinder. The result will be the same.

Place the crushed pulp into a piece of clean linen cloth and squeeze out the juice.

Do not try too hard so that the pulp can be used to prepare seasonings. "horseradish with beets". This is also a useful preparation for the winter.

Mix horseradish juice in equal proportions with liquid honey, and add half a lemon juice for every 200 grams of finished juice.

The juice prepared according to this recipe should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 10 days. Unfortunately, horseradish juice cannot be stored for a long time. But you can prepare horseradish roots, and make fresh juice in winter, at least every day.
