How to freeze tarragon
Tarragon, or tarragon, is widely used in cooking. Tarragon is added to first courses, as a seasoning for meat and as a flavoring for cocktails. Therefore, the freezing method should be chosen depending on the further use of tarragon.
For first and second courses, tarragon is frozen in the same way as any greens.

This method is suitable for making cocktails and as a seasoning for meat dishes. Grind the tarragon, pour it into a saucepan, and pour dry white wine. Evaporate the wine until its volume is reduced by half. After the tarragon wine has cooled, pour it into ice cube trays and freeze. When you want to make a cocktail, all you need to do is throw an ice cube into a glass.
And don’t forget to label the packages so you won’t be mistaken for the type of frozen spice.
