Corn that is still in a state of milky ripeness and recently harvested from the field is suitable for freezing. We thoroughly clean it of leaves and hairs and rinse it in running water. Next, you can freeze corn in several ways.
Freezing corn whole cobs
If you have space in your freezer and you like your corn cooked, you can freeze it on the cob.
To do this, immerse the prepared corn in boiling water for 10 minutes, cool in ice water, and dry. Place one or several cobs into bags. Place in the freezer for storage.
Before eating, frozen corn just needs to be dipped in boiling water for a few minutes and placed on a plate. Pour butter over the cob, sprinkle with salt, and you are ready to eat.
