How to freeze kebab

But since we will be specially freezing meat for barbecue, we will do without classic vinegar. All you need is salt and spices.

The top piece is the one from the defrosted kebab. As we can see, the unfrozen kebab was not baked evenly and tasted somewhat dry. The same kebab, which was defrosted before cooking, tastes no different from regular kebab, just as juicy and aromatic.
