How to freeze grapes for the winter in the freezer

Freezing secrets

You can freeze it as a whole bunch, or you can peel it from the branches, whichever is more convenient for you, and why exactly you are freezing it. The preparation of berries is the same - first you wash the whole bunch, dry it on a towel, and then either peel the berries or leave the bunch whole.

Frozen grapes

The grapes need to be cooled before freezing, so simply place the spread with the prepared berries in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

In order for the grapes to look fresh after freezing, you need quick freezing, which means set the frost in the freezer to maximum, and freeze in this mode for at least 3 hours. Then take out the grapes, place them in bags or containers, the frost can be reduced to the usual level, and carefully place the bags of grapes in the freezer for winter storage.

  • 0.5 l white wine

  • 0.5 cups sugar

Dissolve sugar in wine, peel the grapes from the branches, and pour wine over the berries. Close the jar and leave to brew for 12 hours.

Drain the wine, but do not pour it out, leave it for the next desserts, and roll the berries themselves in powdered sugar, place them on a flat plate and place them in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Dessert is ready.
