Georgian marinated cabbage with beets with photos and videos

cabbage - 3 medium sized heads,

beets - 3 pcs. medium size,

garlic - 1 head,

a small bunch of parsley,

a small bunch of celery,

a small bunch of dill.

To prepare the cabbage marinade we will need:

water - 2.5 cups,

vinegar - 1.25 cups,

salt - 1 tablespoon,

sugar - 0.5 cups,

allspice - 10 peas,

black pepper - 10 peas,

bay leaf - 1 piece.

We take a cabbage fork, peel off the top leaves, wash it, let it drain and cut it into four parts. We do not trim the stalk.

Wash the beets, peel them, cut them into halves and then cut them into thin, up to 0.5 cm, slices.
