For preparation you need to have: 1.5 kg of apples, 500 g of onions and 500 g of sugar, raisins - 5 tablespoons, ground red, black pepper and cloves - to your taste, salt - 0.5 teaspoon and 1.5 cups of wine vinegar.

Peel the onion and apples and cut them into small pieces, sprinkle with sugar and place in a pan of suitable size. Don't forget to add half a glass of water.

Cook, stirring constantly until we get something like a thick porridge in the pan.

Now, time to add salt, spices and vinegar. The fire is very small. We keep our delicious preparation for another 10-15 minutes.
