Moreover, do not pour all the sugar into a bowl of strawberries at once; it is better to add it in three or four additions as you chop the strawberries. This way, the sugar will mix more evenly with the strawberry puree.

Mix the resulting mass. This fresh strawberry preparation can be packaged in small plastic containers and frozen.

But I want to tell you how to prepare jam made without cooking for storage in a regular pantry.

To do this, we need sterile half-liter jars and boiled sealing lids.Pour the jam into the jar a little not to the top. When packaging, we try to use a ladle to scoop the strawberry puree not just from the top, but directly from the bottom of the pan.

Pour a teaspoon of medical alcohol on top of the jam and set it on fire with a match.

When we hear a slight hiss, we need to sharply cover the jar with a lid and roll it up without extinguishing the flame.

Thus, alcohol kills pathogenic bacteria in the jar and the jam, rolled up with a lid, will not spoil.

An interesting and quick way of sterilization, right? In winter, we uncork raw strawberry jam, and it is as aromatic and tasty as just after cooking.
