Assorted compote for the winter from apples and berries of cherries, raspberries, currants
Assorted vitamin compote prepared for the winter contains healthy fruits and berries. The preparation is rich in vitamins and will be a good help both for health and simply for quenching thirst.
Assorted compote of apples and berries, cherries, raspberries, and currants turns out to be a beautiful bright red color. The concentration of the fruit and berry drink is such that when consumed it does not require additional dilution with water.
To prepare compote, based on 4 three-liter jars, you will need:
- 500 g apples;
- 400 g cherries;
- 400 g currants;
- 400 g raspberries;
- 4 tbsp. Sahara.
How to cook assorted compote for the winter
We start preparing the preparation by rinsing all the fruits and berries well under running water and allowing them to drain from the water.
Prepare the jars first sterilized them over steam or in the oven.
First place 100 grams of peeled apples on the bottom of the prepared containers.
Then, add 100 grams of cherries, currants and raspberries. The raspberries should be on top so as not to give away their juice prematurely.
At the end, pour one glass of sugar into each jar.
Place a pan of water on the stove and, after boiling, fill each bottle to the top with boiling water.
We lower the seaming lids into boiling water for 3 minutes, after which we cover the jars with them and roll them up.
When ready, the jars must be turned over and placed under a blanket or thick blanket until completely cooled.
This vitamin compote of assorted apples and berries, cherries, raspberries, and currants can be stored in a regular pantry. The drink can be stored until summer without any problems.
