Since the seeds cannot be removed, it is necessary to puncture the fruits with a pin. Keep the fruits in water (+ 85°C) for 3-5 minutes, in order to subsequently avoid boiling into pieces and cracking during sterilization, and distribute into jars.

Add ready-made hot syrup (1 glass of water to 0.5 cups of sugar).

Cover with metal lids and send for sterilization. Boiling time: 0.5 liter - 10 minutes, 1 liter - 15 minutes, 3 liter - 25 minutes.

Now you can roll up the compote. After rolling, tip it onto the neck and cool. Anyone, even the most inexperienced person in canning, can make such a simple homemade compote from plums. Storage is traditional: in a cellar or not a warm pantry.
