How to preserve broth for future use.

On your day off, cook a fairly strong broth according to a recipe that you love. The broth can be based on any meat, chicken, vegetables or mushrooms with the addition of a variety of spices.

While the broth is boiling, prepare containers for the preparation as for regular canning. Also keep the screw caps in boiling water for a couple of minutes.

Next, everything is done extremely simply: strain the broth, place it in hot jars, cover with hot lids and carry out another heat treatment in boiling water.

For 2-liter jars, set the timer for 180 minutes, for liter jars - for 105 minutes. After the sound signal, remove the pieces with broth from the boiling water and quickly seal them.

Canned broth

This canned broth can replace freshly brewed broth for 2 or 3 months. During this period, the preparations must be consumed, i.e., prepared from them into a hearty and tasty soup or borscht.
