Take young green beans and cut into long pieces of two or more centimeters.

Boil water and carefully, so as not to break the pieces, lower the workpiece into it. Keep in boiling water for several minutes, about 5.

Place the blanched beans on a kitchen sieve to drain the broth, and then fill the jars very tightly with them.

Fill jars with chopped green beans with a five percent salt solution (stir 5 g of salt in 100 ml of water).

Place the jars filled with water in the tank and turn on the fire. When the water boils, note the time so that sterilization lasts 35 minutes.

Before rolling, measure and pour 1 tsp into each liter jar. vinegar essence 80% concentration.

Seal the jars and let stand in the air until cool.

Take the canned beans to a dark place and make sure the room is cold.

Canned green beans are used in this way. First, the brine is drained from it, then it is poured into a bowl of cool water and kept for 5-6 hours.
